A Dunfallandy Blanket reader wanted to make a Boston Bruins blanket for her brother, so I came up with this logo. It is definitely an example of extreme knitting, with all the turns and twists required to make a letter “B,” plus rays coming out from it in several directions, joined to a ring surrounding it all. If the “B” and the rays were continuous, that would be a little simpler, but I hope this version helps them to stand out a little from each other.

On Ravelry, I’ve posted a tutorial all about making horizontal cables. You can find it under my user name, drterry. My ability to offer pattern support is quite limited, I’m afraid. I hope that you find the instructions clear.
