The Botter-sweater is a simple, sturdy raglan sweater with a boat neck (hence the name), knitted topdown and in the round. The pattern describes an average size (M/40), and is easily adjustable to your own size and preferences.

materials needed

· 500-600 grams Botter IJsselmuiden OSLO (I used colour 21
anthracite;) this yarn is a sockyarn, usually knitted on needle 4 (US
6), but here needle 5 (US 8) is used, to obtain a stretchy, comfortable sweater, with gauge 15st/23 rows/10cm. Or use a yarn
with the same gauge.
· 4 or 5 double pointed (sock) needles size 5 (US 8)
· circular needle size 5 / 40 cm & 80 cm
· 2 stitchholders
· 4 stitchmarkers
