Sizes:
• XS/S: Bust size 30-32
• S/M: Bust size 32-34
• M/L: Bust size 36-38
• L/XL: Bust size 38-40
• XL/2XL: Bust size 40-42
• 2XL/3XL: Bust size 44-46

The fit is meant to be a bit baggy. If you are between sizes, consider choosing the smaller size. For instance, if you are a L but sometimes wear an XL because you like a baggy fit, consider choosing the M/L size. Many who tested chose a bigger size because they like a baggy fit and when they were done, it was too big for them so they redid a smaller size after testing was complete and the fit was much better.

Materials:
• DK Weight Yarn (Size 3) in the following amounts:
o XS/S: 1400-1600 yds
o S/M: 1525-1750 yds
o M/L: 1725-2000 yds
o L/XL: 1850-2200 yds
o XL/2XL: 2050-2350 yds
o 2XL/3XL: 2200-2500 yds
• 4.50 mm hook
• 5.00 mm hook

Gauge:
• With the 4.50 mm hook, 17 sts x 8 rows = 4” x 4 ”
The pattern for the gauge is the first 8 rows of the rectangle/body pattern. Start by chaining 19 and follow the pattern below.
Meeting gauge is very important with this pattern, so please use whichever hook lets you meet the gauge. The gauge is only for the body of the cardigan (not for the sleeves or collar).

Notes:
• This pattern is written in US terms
• This pattern is made from a single rectangle, sewn together, and then has the sleeves and ribbing added after.
• The rectangle is crocheted from side to side.
• The chains at the beginning of each row count as a stitch
• The braided puff stitch used is slightly different from others, so please watch the youtube tutorial on how to do it. My method keeps the braids more “square” and even to the rest of the fabric and will affect your stitch count for the future rows if you don’t use this method.
