The Breakwater Beanie is a gorgeous hat to knit up! This is a great pattern for an advanced beginner. It makes a beautiful gift!

This design features mosaic style knitting using two different yarn colors, slipped stitches, and the addition of a mock cable. It’s a fun technique that yields a beautiful texture throughout. This look is achieved with fewer floats and without the use of a cable needle. You will need two contrasting yarn colors to complete this beanie. Pictures are included along with a helpful video.

The pattern is available in 6 yarn weight categories: DK, worsted, light bulky, bulky, light super bulky, and super bulky. It comes with instructions for an adult size hat. Stitch counts are listed if you would like to make this design in a different size.
