Brock is a hat combining two of my favorite things, knitting hats and lovely, squishy hand dyed yarns.
And since New England is having what feels like a neverending winter I was happy to wear this hat in April. The Sunshine Ultraluxe worsted is the kind of yarn that will be comfy cozy to wear until the temps get to the high 40’s, maybe low 50’s. ( I am always cold though so your opinion may vary!)
This hat has enough twists to keep it interesting but is easy enough for someone who has never knit twisted stitches. The textured parts and stockinette let the yarn shine!
The pattern has some notes on sizing. The hat has a good amount of stretch and fit my 22” noggin comfortably, not saggy, not tight.
