B.R.R.H. - Basic Reversible Ribbed Hat:
Easy to make, easy to wear, this versatile hat packs a lot of punch with minimal effort. The ribbing ensures it will fit almost any head, while the easy-to-work crown leaves you with a couple wearing options - skeletal ribs for an architectural look, or flip it inside out for its classic wide-ribbed reverse. It may just become a staple in your knitting arsenal; make one for each of your friends!

Two lengths are given to fit an average adult head (to cover the tops of the ears or most of the ears), but the pattern can easily be adjusted to suit your preferences. Measurements are included for each section of the hat. Ribbing is very stretchy & allows the hat to fit a variety of widths comfortably. Additional sizing can be achieved by changing to a heavier or lighter yarn and using appropriate needles to achieve a pleasing fabric.

Extra helps are included on a third page, giving a line-by-line detail of the hat decreases, as well as details for swatching in the round and a suggested method for weaving in the tails in ribbing.
