A Brunch is a type of ice cream lolly sold in Ireland. It has wonderfully soft and fluffy pink and white ice cream in the middle with little coloured biscuit bits on the outside that fall of as you eat them.

Thank you to all my wonderful test knitters.

This pattern contains both written and charted instructions and has been tested and tech edited.
