-106 yards of weight 6 super bulky yarn
(recommended Wool Ease Thick and
Quick)
-9mm Size N hook
-Yarn Needle
-4 20mm wood beads (optional)

Stitches Used:
Chain (CH)
Single Crochet (SC)
Double Crochet (DC)

Special Stitch:
V-stitch (V-Stitch)= DC in a stitch, CH 1, DC in the same stitch

Gauge: 2” by 2” = 4 SC across, 3 SC rows

Finished Measurements: 11.5” by 16”

Pattern Notes:
This pattern requires loose tension so that the placemat will lay flat. If the edges of your placemat curl up, it is probably a good indication that your stitches are too tight. The CH 1 at the beginning of each row does not count as a stitch, and is used to key the edges of the placemat straight. When working in a V-Stitch from a previous row, crochet into the CH 1, instead of the space
between the two DC. Add wood beads each corner to add a boho element to the placemat.
