I like wearing cute things, but past a certain age it can be best to keep the cute to subtle touches. These adorable socks fit the bill, with a plain smooth foot and and cute bunnies that circle the lower calf in between two rows of Easter egg zig zags. As far as socks go, the construction is fairly basic toe-up, so the finishing is minimal. To cast on I recommend Judy’s Magic Cast on. You can find a tutorial here. These fit women’s medium to large feet, and are pretty flexible for sizing.

Knit Picks Stroll, two skeins (one sock uses approx 34 g of a 50 g ball). Any solid color will do, preferably in a lighter color. A darker color or multi-colored yarn won’t show up the pattern as well.
