This pattern is easy, well tested,
It uses 4 worsted weight yarn

Gauge: 4” x 4”= 10 rows x 12 stitches across in Houndstooth Check Pattern ( SC in nxt ST, DC in nxt ST)
Hook: J – 8/5.00mm
