C2C Corner to Corner Buck Afghan Pattern

You will need to already know how to make a basic corner to corner afghan and how to make color changes in order to make this afghan. This pattern also includes written instructions & photos to show how to make color changes.

This is a row by row written pattern, each row gives the number of blocks of each color in order to make the pattern. It is NOT a graph so you will not need to count using a graph or have to worry about direction (I’ve done that for you). Just follow the rows and the number of color blocks given for that row.

This piece is reversible, the buck pattern will show on both sides.

This written pattern is designed so that you start at a corner and work diagonally out just like a regular c2c (except with color changes), then decreases (decrease rows are marked for you) without having to count blocks on a graph as you go.

This pattern is 49 blocks wide x 85 blocks high (or approx. 32” wide x 56” high) without a border using an H hook.

You can use any yarn or hook size for the pattern. Using a different size hook & yarn will give your afghan a smaller or larger finished size depending on size used.

Pattern uses 2 Colors for the design. Use your choice of 2 contrasting colors of Caron Simply Soft or any yarn you choose.

You will need 4 skeins of Caron Simply soft for the background color & 2 skeins of contrasting color for the buck portion of the afghan. (More will be needed if you would like to add a border).

This c2c graphgan would make the perfect gift for any outdoorsman (or woman).
