This bag was designed in order to showcase cabana stripes. It’s made using Koigu premium merino wool.

The barrel shaped bag is designed to be worn as a shoulder bag.

The pattern requires intermediate level crochet skills. The pattern is very detailed ( with pictures ) and guides you through the entire process.

The yarn I used ( Koigu ) is a beautiful yarn that can be worked on a range of hook sizes. When it’s worked on a small hook ( as I’ve done in this pattern ) it creates a wonderfully dense fabric that resembles a tapestry.

The bag measures approximately 8” wide and 5” high.

I purchase my yarn at FoxyKnits.com, where you’ll find a wide array of colors from which to choose.
