What to do when your stainless steel water bottle is freezing in the winter? - you knit it a cozy!

I wanted a horizontal chain in my pattern but I did not want knit horizontally part way. After some playing around I figured how to make a horizontal chain which I call, chaining - this looks the same as the chain stitch in crocheting.
