I love everything Outlander and this hat and scarf with it’s cable design give me that Scottish Outlander vibe. Working the cables is remarkably easy working front and back post stitches. The hat will fit Medium to large women’s heads but if you need it to be smaller you can use a smaller hook to get a smaller size. The scarf pattern does not have a gauge because gauge is not important for the scarf pattern and you can work it up as long as you want. I used 2 skeins of Red Heart Super Saver yarn 7oz each.
