This Cactus Beanie is worked from side to side and seamed at the end.

The cactus/succulent texture is obtained by a combination of stitches worked in the Back Loop Only (BLO) and in the Third Loop.

The pattern includes detailed instructions on how to crochet in the BLO, how to crochet in the Third Loop, and how to Foundation Single Crochet (the foundation sc is optional).
