Cadence Capelet is a lacy cabled capelet. It is started from the neckband and worked flat, increasing evenly until the outer edge is reached. The capelet is framed by garter stitch and fastened using a hook and eye. There are seven identical cable panels and six identical lace panels.

The stitch patterns are charted only. The pattern contains two charts, one for the lace pattern and one for the cable pattern. The stitches used are k, p, k2tog, skp, sk2p, yo, M1L, M1R, M1p, 2/2 LC, 2/1 LPC and 2/1 RPC.

Additional materials needed: one set of a hook and eye, cable needle, tapestry needle, blocking pins.

The capelet can quite well be knitted using heavier yarn and bigger needles. The finished measurements will naturally then change. Please make sure you have excess yarn if you decide to knit the capelet with different yarn weight and/or needle size.

The pattern has been professionally tech edited, but if you have questions or find an error, please contact me.
