Calypso Blouse
ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Calypso Blouse is worked from the bottom up, holding two strands of yarn together throughout.
The body is first worked in the round to the underarms, after which the front and back are worked separately in rows.
Short rows are shaped across the upper back to ensure that the back and front are the same height.
The sleeves are then picked up and worked in the round. Increases are worked gradually to create a subtle flared shape.
To finish, work the folded hem and attach the i-cord ties at the lower edge of the blouse.
The Calypso Blouse is an intermediate-level knitting pattern.
