Description: This hat has been designed to
match the Cantuccio Cowl. It is worked with
two colours. The two coloured chevron
pattern is achieved by slipping stitches and
only working one colour at a time. The hat is
available in three sizes. Size 1 fits small
children under one year of age. Size 2 fits
children from around ten years of age as
well as adult with small heads. Size 3 fits
adults with larger heads.

Needle Size: 3.5 mm/US 4 and 4 mm/US 6
Circular needles or DPNs. Or needle size to
obtain gauge.

Yarn: Knit by Numbers (DK weight; 100%
Merino, 100g – 250 m/273 yds), Shades: A:
one skein KBN05 and B: one skein KBN21.

Gauge (after blocking): In Stockinette and
using larger needles: 22 sts and 34 rows = 10
cm/4”; in Chevron pattern using larger
needles: 22 sts and 46 rows = 10 cm/4”.

Final measurements: Size 1 (Size 2, Size 3):
