Cape Mudge Rip is an asymmetrical wrap set off with lovely, cabled borders. The mitered cabled corner is a wonderful technique to learn and surprisingly easy to tackle for experienced knitters. Since the cable border extends along the cast-off edge, the end result provides an exquisite eye-catching detail and well worth the effort.

The Cape Mudge Rip is quite a site to behold when the waters from the Salish Sea clash with the waters from Discovery Passage during tide change and windy stormy days. It stretches from Cape Mudge on Quadra island towards Willow Point on Vancouver Island. After these storms beachcombing is in order for treasure hunting.
