Originally designed for the 2022 Mid-Mitten Shop Hop, the pattern is now available to everyone!

This bandana-style cowl is first knit flat with an i-cord shawl cast-on. Once the cowl is large enough, it will be joined in the round, and knit to the bottom edge. Features knitting, purling, two-color garter stitch, two kinds of increases, two kinds of decreases.

approximately 160 yards worsted-weight yarn (color A) approximately 175 yards worsted-weight yarn (color B)
sample uses Madelinetosh Tosh Vintage (100% superwash merino wool; 200 yds / 4 oz, 183 m / 115 g)
