Carnival of Flowers (COF) has been named after the annual event held in Toowoomba (Too-woo-m-ba) on the Darling Downs, Queensland Australia. This event celebrates Spring along with the local fauna and flora. The region come to life with colour, some gardens so beautiful they win prizes!

About the design
This design originally was a way to play with stitches while taking a break from other designs. The response was out of this world, so over the last 8 months, this design has grown, changed and has been perfected to celebrate spring.
Carnival of Flowers CAL explores texture and stitches.
