Carnival of Flowers (COF) has been named after the annual event held in Toowoomba (Too-woo-m-ba) on the Darling Downs, Queensland Australia. This event celebrates Spring along with the local fauna and flora. The region come to life with colour, some gardens so beautiful they win prizes!
