This is a modification of my previous cell phone cozy pattern. It has been adapted to fit a larger phone (iPhone 7 Plus) and to be more of a purse-style cozy, with a shoulder strap and a more secure buttoned flap closure.

As with my other cell phone cozy pattern, you’ll be measuring the phone (or Kindle, iPad, etc.) and crocheting the cozy to fit. This is a great project for scrap yarn, although I made the flap out of a more decorative yarn and chose my scraps to match. I did not measure yardage or gauge since I was crocheting the bag to fit a particular phone.
