What do you do when there is no toilet paper on store shelves? You make your own “in a pinch” washoths that are the size of two sheets of toilet paper!

Pattern for making your own compact, reusable washoths to use as toilet tissue, wet wipes, make up removers, wiping up spills, to-go napkins, baby wipes, and such more!

This pattern was inspired by my own thoughts during the pandemic toilet paper shortage of 2020. When trying to decide what my family would use when our personal (and ordinary) supply of toilet paper is gone, I learned that reusable ecofriendly washcloths for personal toilet care is a thing! Thanks to this virus outbreak and hoarding habits, I came up with this plan to crochet a usable alternative to toilet paper!
