This scarf was designed to be made with the wonderful Lino by Hand Maiden. You could also use any lace weight yarn.

The scarf only requires just under half a skein, you can either make two; one for you and one for a friend, or increase the width by adding panels to create a wider scarf.

The design of the cherries and leaves look great on both sides which is ideal for a scarf which is two-sided. The use of stocking stitch and reverse stocking stitch ensures the scarf remains flat and the edges do not roll.

You will need to know, or learn the following techniques:
• Yarn over
• Slip 2, knit 1, pass 2 slipped stitches over
• Slip, slip, knit & slip, slip, slip, knit
• Knit 2 together and knit 3 together
