Chicago Flag Scarf
This fully reversible Chicago flag scarf is made with a provisional cast-on and worked lengthwise, in stripes, then grafted into a tube; stars are added with duplicate stitch. Alternately, scarf can be made in two pieces with provisional cast-on and seamed together lengthwise with three-needle bind-off.
