Children's Basic Gloves
If you like this pattern and would like to make it, please click the link below for my Techy Kids Gloves. They are the exact same gloves, except the Tecky Kids Gloves include the use of conductive yarn, so they can be used on touch screen devices. However, this can easily be omitted, if preferred.

I was inspired to create this pattern because I became frustrated with both the thin, store bought gloves that allowed for dexterity, but did not keep my son’s hands warm, and the bulky ski type gloves that kept hands warm, but were very stiff and frustrating for my son to wear. I used Knitpicks Palette yarn, which is 100% wool, but any fingering weight yarn will work, as long as the correct gauge is achieved. I recommend wool, as these gloves would not be very warm with any other fiber.
