Choco are pretty and eye-catching fingerless mittens featuring beautiful cable pattern on top of the mitten. Mitts are knit seamlessly in the round. The pattern includes both, chart and written instructions.

Sizes

1 – small adult – finished palm circumference, unstretched: 16.1 cm / 6.5”
2 – large adult - finished palm circumference, unstretched: 17.8 cm / 7.25”
Length: 19cm / 7.5”

Yarn
For a pair of mitts you’ll need about 150m / 165y of any DK weight yarn.
Sample mitts were made with Woollala Only Merino DK (100% Wool-Merino; 220m / 240y per 100g), Sepia colorway.
Note: The yardage is estimated.

Needles
3.5mm / US #4 circular needles for magic loop technique or dpns, or size needed to get the right gauge;
3.25mm / US #3 circular needles for magic loop technique or dpns, or one size smaller than the gauge needles.

Gauge
24 sts and 34 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 “ - in stockinette stitch pattern worked with 3.5mm / US #4 needles, after wet blocking.
Note: Adjust needle size if necessary to get given gauge.
