Clairmont is an everyday, cozy pullover designed to be worn with a relaxed fit – from loose to oversized. It’s knitted seamlessly from the top down, in stockinette stitch with ribbed panels on the sides. Thanks to European construction, the sweater has a beautiful shoulder line and is very comfortable to wear. The pattern offers three neckline finishing options: the classic rib, the folded rib and the mock turtleneck.

Sizes
( 1, 2, 3 ) { 4, 5 } (6, 7, 8 ) to fit full chest circumference:

The pullover was designed to be worn with approximately 10–20 cm (4–8 in) of positive ease at chest. The samples were knit in size 5 and are worn with 10 cm (4 in) of positive ease at chest. The model is 170 cm (5.7 ft) tall and the pullover ends up approx. 15 cm (6 in) below the hip bone (beige version) and approx. 12 cm (5 in) below the hip bone (caramel version).

Gauge
18 sts and 26 rows/rounds = 10 cm (4 in), in stockinette stitch on 4.5 mm (US #7) needles.

Note: measure the gauge after washing and blocking the swatch. Adjust the needle size, if necessary, to get a given gauge.

Yarn
The pullover was designed to be knit with Worsted weight yarn.
I’ve used a strand of DK-weight wool held together with lace-weight silk mohair yarn.

You’ll need approx. ( 990, 1090, 1200 ) { 1390, 1510 } ( 1610, 1730, 1840 ) m / ( 1080, 1185, 1310 ) { 1515, 1650 } ( 1760, 1895, 2010 ) yds of each yarn.

The beige sample: Kroopa Wool by Gabo Wool (100% wool, 100 m (109 yds) in 50 g, in “Marcepan” colorway) held together with Kid Seta by Gepard Garn (70% mohair, 30% silk, 210 m (230 yds) in 25 g, in “103 Ivory” colorway).

The caramel sample: Drops Daisy by Garnstudio (100% merino wool, 110 m (120 yds) in 50 g, in “12 Caramel” colorway) held together with Drops Kid Silk by Garnstudio (75% mohair, 25% silk, 210 m (230 yds) in 25 g, in “51 Toffee” colorway).

Note: the yardage is estimated. It was based on the yarn consumption for the sample knits and includes a 10% reserve.

Needles & Notions
4.5 mm (US #7) circular needles and DPNs, or other size to get the proper gauge.
4 mm (US #6) circular needles and DPNs, or one size smaller than the main needles.

Sweter przerabiany jest od góry do dołu, bezszwowo, ściegiem dżersejowym z ściągaczowymi panelami na bokach. Dzięki zastosowanej konstrukcji europejskiej, pulower ma piękną i oryginalną linię ramion, a jednocześnie jest bardzo wygodny w noszeniu. Wzór zawiera różne opcje wykończenia dekoltu: klasyczna plisa, plisa dwuwarstwowa lub półgolf.

Rozmiary
( 1, 2, 3 ) { 4, 5 } (6, 7, 8 ) zaprojektowane na poniższe obwody w biuście: ( 70-80, 80-90, 90-100 ) { 100-110, 110-120 } (120-130, 130-140, 140-150 ) cm.

Pulower zaprojektowano tak, by był noszony z 10-20 cm luzem w biuście. Przykładowe swetry wykonano w rozmiarze 5 i są one noszone z 10 cm luzem w biuście. Modelka ma 170 cm wzrostu. Pulower w kolorze beżowym kończy się około 15 cm poniżej kości biodrowej, a pulower w kolorze karmelowym kończy się około 12 cm poniżej kości biodrowej.

Próbka ściegu
18 oczek i 26 rzędów/okrążeń = 10 cm, próbka wykonywana ściegiem dżersejowym na drutach 4.5 mm.

Uwaga: zmierz liczbę oczek i rzędów dopiero po uprzednim wypraniu i zablokowaniu próbki. Jeśli to konieczne, dostosuj rozmiar drutów, aby uzyskać prawidłową próbkę.

Włóczka
Pulower zaprojektowano na włóczkę o grubości Worsted.
Do swoich projektów użyłam włóczki o grubości DK przerabianej w dwie nitki z włóczką o grubości Lace.

Zapotrzebowanie: ( 990, 1090, 1200 ) { 1390, 1510 } ( 1610, 1730, 1840 ) m każdej z włóczek.
