A striped hat for all seasons: tailgating in the fall in your team colors, attending a yarn festival in October, sledding down a toboggan hill with six of your closest friends, or cuddling by the fire after skiing on the mountain (…and possibly shoveling out your car at the Sun Valley Fibers January Thaw knitting retreat in January in Mount Horeb, WI!) The corrugated ribbing and Latvian braids make this hat extremely fun to knit and will suit any member of the family. The broken stockinette stitch keeps it interesting to knit and adds great texture. Pair this hat with either the mitts or the cowl for a great set or knit all three for the win.
