The Christmas season is upon us. Decorations and ornaments are plentiful in all the stores already. But what if you want to make some personal baubles this year?
Knit in the round patterns pose a problem for lots of knitters. To this end I have written a pattern for a set of Christmas Baubles knit flat and in three sizes.
The intarsia that I charted in the center section of each displays the words Peace, Hope, Love, Joy , Christ (the advent candle). Noel and Faith are also charted for knitting.
The pattern is simple and one could easily use the basic pattern and chart other words or pictures if you do not want a religious theme..
Use up your bits and bobs of baby (or aran or even worsted) to make a set for your tree or even as a gift this season.
I used baby yarn for this set so if you use a heavier weight yarn the baubles will be a bit larger.
