Christmas Pudding Hat for babies 0-3 months. Written in US crochet terminology.

The finished item measures 6’’ wide by 4’’ long approx. It works up very quickly and would make a great addition to festivities leading up to the big day, or as a gift for a baby shower or even Christmas itself.

For this pattern, you will need Arran yarn in brown and off white/cream, 5mm crochet hook, yarn needle, stitch marker, scissors and some toy stuffing, along with some scraps of green and red yarn to make the decorations. You will need to be familiar with crochet terms such as: Magic ring, Chain, Double Crochet, Slip Stitch, Increases, Colour Changes, Front Post Double Crochet and Back Post Double Crochet. I would suggest that this pattern is best suited to confident crocheters because the FPDC and BPDC can be difficult to get your head around at first.

The download is 2 pages long and includes a colour photo of the finished product.
