My Christmas Thank you to you: 3 for 2 on all my patterns until Dec 31, 2020 (just add 3 of my patterns to the basket and the cheapest one will be free)

The Christmas Tree Socks are knit from the toe up with colourwork on the foot and leg, and plain stocking stitch in between.

The pattern has a wedge toe and a choice of two Wrap and Turn short row heels (regular worked over 50% of stitches or a deeper heel worked over 60%), however the heel and toe can be changed to your own choice. They are knit using the magic loop method but can be adapted to suit dpns.

The pattern has written instruction and charts for the colourwork. Please read all instructions before commencing pattern.

Size: Ladies small - 60 sts, Ladies medium - (72 sts)
(Guide Note: the larger stitch count is to accommodate the colourwork. The 72st equates to how a 64 stitch sock would usually fit.)
Two heel sizes - regular & a deeper heel

Gauge: 9 sts per inch x 13 rows per inch using 2.25mm needle
9 sts per inch x 11 rows per inch using 2.5mm needle for colourwork

Yarn: Any 2 contrasting colours in 4ply sock yarn
Main colour - 50g
Contrast colour - 25g

If you find yourself in a difficult position financially, please do not hesitate to contact me and I’d be more than happy to gift you the pattern.
