Chunky Pigeon
Chunky Pigeon began life on an ordinary afternoon, perched rather triumphantly on an electricity wire just outside my son’s bedroom window. He was the roundest, fluffiest, most self-assured pigeon we’d ever seen — a proper little character balancing on that wire as if he owned the whole street.
My son took one look at him, eyes wide with delight, and said: “Mum… can you make me one?”
And really, how could I say no.
So, Chunky Pigeon flew from a precious shared moment onto my needles, and here he is now: plump, cheerful, and full of personality.
