Cilia-hat is a slouchy hat worked in the round from the brim up. The folded brim is shaped with short rows. The 1x1 rib is quite stretchy so the hat will fit multiple head sizes. If you want to adjust the length of the hat, the crown adds about 5 (5.5) 6.5 cm/ 2 (2.25) 2.5 inches to the height.
