We may not be turning a pumpkin into a carriage, but Cinderella’s Crochet Pumpkin brings a little luxury to your fall decor. The fabric is inspired by a knit lace stitch and it is easy to replicate with stitches you may already know.

It is a simple stitch repeat in the round with zero tricky short rows. This pattern started in the Magical Crochet Stitches Course and is now available on its own, with written and video tutorials.

✨ What makes it work

• Knit-look lace in crochet. The leaning stitches look like knit, made with a hook.
• Simple repeat in the round. No tricky short rows.
• Chunky and quick. Super bulky yarn and a big hook.
• Adjustable size. Make it as big or small as you like.
• You’re not on your own. Video tutorial and written pattern included.

✂️ What you’ll need

• Yarn: Starlette Chunky, Mary Maxim (100% acrylic, 60 yds/100g), about 350 yds (320m), 6 skeins. Color shown: Cottonwood
• Hook: 15mm or size to obtain gauge
• Tools: Removable Stitch Markers (if needed) · Yarn Needle · Scissors
• To finish like the sample: Fiberfill for stuffing

• Size: Adjustable. The pumpkin shown is about 11” tall by 11” wide when stuffed.
• Skill level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate
• Gauge: 7 sts and 8 rows = 4” x 4” in ssc. Not critical for this project. · gauge help
