A gorgeous beanie which makes the perfect winter accessory. This hat knits up incredibly quickly (upwards of 1 hour) and is very simple yet effective. The brim is knitted using a mock cable stitch (no cable needles required!) which is easy even for beginner knitters. A brilliant choice if you want to make some hats as gifts given how speedy it is to knit up!

Size: Adult Woman (head circumference approx. 22-23 inches) but can be adapted easily for different sizes. (Be aware I provide guidance on how to adapt the pattern but there are no instructions/pattern for other yarn weights or sizes).

Level: Beginner to Advanced Beginner. You will need to know how to cast on, knit, purl, and join to work in the round. There is one special stitch but it is very simple and I have provided clear instructions along with a visual tutorial within the pattern

Suggested yarn: Malabrigo Rasta or Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick n Quick. You can use another super chunky/super bulky (size 6) yarn but you will need to swatch. You will need approximately 55m (60 yards) of yarn.

Needles: 10mm (US 15) 40cm (16 in) interchangable circular needles.
