Size: Adult Woman (head circumference approx. 21-23 inches) but can be adapted reasonably easily for different sizes.

Level: Advanced beginner. You will need to know how to cast on, knit, purl, and join to work in the round. There are some special stitches but these are clearly described in the abbreviations.

Suggested yarn: Malabrigo Rasta or Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick n Quick. You can use another super chunky/super bulky (size 6) yarn but you will need to swatch. You will need approximately 72m (79 yards) of yarn.

Needles: 8mm (US 11) and 9mm (US 13) 40cm (16 in) interchangable circular needles.
