My family loves to watch programs about animals, especially baby ones. The Wildcat Collection is inspired by the spirit of the world’s beautiful baby cats. Techniques in the collection include short rows, cables, bobbles, and stranded colorwork.

Climbing
A standard cowl knitted flat and seamed, featuring a textured bobble and cable stitch pattern. Worked only from charts, it is shaped by going down in needles size just over halfway through the project. The lightly scalloped lower edge is created naturally by the stitch pattern. I left the seam open for about 6” from the bottom.

Suggested instructions are included for making a scarf or rectangular shawl.

This design is suitable for yarn weights from sport to bulky. Remember to adjust yardage for different yarns. The final size will vary according to individual tension and yarn brand.
