This crochet bath mat is made from clothesline rope purchased at Lowes Home Improvement stores. You can see a picture of the rope and packaging along with the pattern when you click on the link. It can be made in one day using a large US Size S Speed crochet hook. The gauge I wrote above is very approximate. It’s a fun, fast project.
