The Color Block Pullover is a great all season sweater when knit in a linen or linen blend yarn. It requires four different colors on the front and sleeves, with the back in a solid color. It is equally effective using four different colors or four shades of a single color. The color changes are worked using the Intarsia method and instructions for this method are included in the sweater pattern. The sweater is knit using stockinette stitch, with 1x1 ribbing at the bottom edge, neck edge and sleeve edges. The bottom edge of the sweater also features side vents. The set-in sleeves are 3/4 length. The Shibui Knits Reed yarn used for the model is 100% Linen fingering weight yarn and was worked on Size 4 (3.5mm) needles.
