Color Me Happy Blanket
FREE for the month of MAY 2025.
I fell in love with a yarn! What a surprise. I have made two of these lovely Noro blankets in the first 5 months of this year!
Unfortunately, the yarn I love has been discontinued by NORO but they have others that will work, as well as many other yarn manufacturers’ yarns. The yarn I used comes in 137yd/125m balls. I used 15 balls and had 2-3 balls of each color.
The pattern is a simple garter stitch with I-Cord side edges. The color changes are made on one side so the ends can be hidden or woven into the I-Cords.
But the fun part is the colors! I chose 6 to 8 different colors, but more or less will work fine. You can use colors in a repeat or random pattern.
