Koigu has some amazing colors. The Colorific hat is an ode to the joy and beauty in Koigu’s colors. Their new yarn Jasmine is delightly wonderful merino to knit with and perfect for hats

The Colorific Hat is knit in the round. Once the bottom ribbing is completed, the rest of the hat is knit with a larger needle size. The ribbing is carried through to the crown with a panel of cables for an asymmetrical hat.

GAUGE
24m and 30 rows = 4” in St st in the round after on Size 6 (4.50mm) needles or size needed to obtain gauge
TOOLS
Size 5 (3.75mm ) circular needed for ribbing & Size 7 (4.50mm ) 16” Circular & optional dpns for decreases (magic loop will also work), cable needle
Stitch marker to denote beginning of the round, tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

La tuque Colorific est tricotée en rond. Une fois les côtés tricotés, le reste de la tuque est tricotée avec une aiguille plus large.Les côtes continuent tout au long de la tuque avec un panneau de torsades pour une tuque asymétrique.
