The Compleano Wrap is perfect for anytime of year as a summer wrap or wear it for extra warmth in the cooler months.

THE DESIGN:
Designed over a four row pattern repeat, consisting of tall fans and chain stitches, creating a beautiful art deco effect to the fabric, finished with a decorative edging to the short ends. Created in the wonderfully soft silk and cotton blend Papyrus yarn, Compleano is a wearable for almost any season or occasion.

THE YARN:
I have some Fibra Natura ‘Papyrus’ yarn packs available to purchase on my website. Alternative yarn recommendations would include mercerised or plain cotton, or 8ply merino, for a light winter wrap.

Unblocked Tension/Gauge:
Although tension is not important for this design as it’s meant to be loose fitting, the following is a guide only.
Using a 4.00mm hook in Pattern = 1.5 pattern repeats within a fan/shell row and approximately 6-8 rows of pattern (dependent upon your own tention)

Finished Size Unblocked Approximate:
Edge to Edge lengthways = 165cm
Width = 40cm
Blocking is recommended for this project to get a clearer stitch definition.
