I love the Colorado Mountains! When I was asked to design the knit pattern for Knit Knook for the 2017 Yarn Along the Rockies, I knew it had to have some kind of mountain theme!

These simple and easy cuffs are totally reversible and a the pattern is both written and charted!

The are made with two fingering weight yarns held together to create the beautiful marled effect that mimics the colors of the pine trees that cover the Colorado Rockies.

Yarn and Finished Size:
Two skeins of Malabrigo Sock. The skeins easily made two cuffs and there is plenty left over for other projects. The two cuffs approximately 3 3/4” x 7 3/4” each measured flat, blocked and very lightly stretched.

Gauge: 24 sts x 34 rows = 4” x 4” (10 cm) in stockinette unblocked and unstretched.
Note: You have some wiggle room with gauge.

Materials Needed/Used
Needles: Size US 5 (3.75 mm) circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge.
Yarn: 1 skein of Malabrigo Sock in the colorway Lettuce (037) and 1 skein of Malabrigo Sock in the colorway Ivy (138). Each skein is 440 yards/402 meters per 100 g.
Notions: Locking stitch markers. Darning needle.
