These simple yet sturdy baskets are great yarnie storage options. The tightly knit, doubled fabric on the sides means they stand up on their own and can be picked up with items inside them. They’re knit in the round, folded over and joined to form the sides, then decreased for the bottom.

Yarn
1 (2) skeins of Cascade Rebound or

Gauge
21 sts and 27 rows over 4” | 10cm in stockinette

This firm of a gauge gives the baskets structure. Be mindful of your hands, especially if your yarn has any cotton like the sample! The fabric is sturdy but a bit tough to knit.
