I started making these wrist warmers for myself, I suffer from poor circulation in my hands and I found they really help whilst being more convenient than gloves.

I soon started receiving orders from family and friends so I thought it was high time I wrote the pattern down!

I love the alpine stitch, it is decorative as well as being thick and squishy – the perfect combination for these wrist warmers. It is also very easy to master.

These wristwarmers a crocheted in the round. The Alpine stitch uses standard trebles and front post trebles (UK terms).

Instructions are given for S, M & L - You can easily adjust the sizing further by going up or down a hook size until you achieve a comfortable fit that takes into account your tension and the thickness of the yarn you are using.

Each pair uses approx 70g of DK (acrylic) yarn.

Feel free to make and sell the finished articles (it would be lovely if you could give me credit for the pattern if you post photographs), but please do not sell or reproduce the pattern in any way.
