This blanket is knit from corner to corner, with alternating garter and rib sections. It reminds me of the countryside from my travels, whether in a car or from an airplane. In particular, the patches of farmland with crops lined up this way and that.

This pattern is beginner friendly and includes a tutorial video.

Yarn: Approximately 1100 yards of DK weight yarn. Yardage will vary depending on the desired finished size blanket.

Needles: US 7 / 4.5 mm circular needle or size needed for the desired gauge.
