The description of this shawl continues my series of designs Sister and My Best Friend and is a generalization of them. That’s why the name for this shawl was chosen as Cousin.
This asymmetrical shawl is knitted from one corner to the wide side in garter stitch and finished with lace patterns and a border. Its crescent shape and elongated corners allow it to drape beautifully around the neck.
The shawl’s dimensions are easily adjustable.
The shawl does not require filigree blocking, so it can be knitted from any yarn.
The shawl’s color scheme can also be any you like. Your shawl can be entirely solid or made from sectionally yarn, or you can highlight the patterns and border with a contrasting color or, conversely, a color close to the main color. The choice is yours!

To knit a shawl you will need: yarn, needles, a cable needle to hide the ends of the yarn, a marker to mark the right side of the knitting, and more markers if you prefer to use them to separate the pattern repeats.

Шаль не требует филигранной блокировки, поэтому может быть связана из пряжи любого состава.
Цветовое решение шали также может быть любым. Ваша шаль может быть полностью однотонной или из пряжи секционного крашения, или можно выделить узоры и кайму контрастным или, напротив, близким к основному цветом. Выбор за вами!

Для вязания шали вам понадобиться; пряжа, спицы, игла, чтобы спрятать кончики пряжи, маркер для обозначения правой стороны вязания и еще маркеры, если вы предпочитаете отделять ими раппорты узора.
