The vest is knitted bottom up in rows in a seamless construction. Shoulders are joined using the 3 needle bind-off method. The button bands and collar are worked as an integral part of the design, not sewn on. The left and right sides of the collar are joined behind the neck by grafting. Links to tutorials are provided in the pattern.

9 sizes are provided from XS to 5X. In addition there are options for adding bust darts with short rows.
Approximate measurements of finished garment:
Hip circumference (38, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 63, 66) inches
Chest (36, 38, 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 61, 63) inches + additional bust darts options for larger busts.
Arm Gap Depth (8, 8 3/4, 9, 9 1/2, 10, 10 1/2, 11, 11 1/2, 12) inches

Gauge: 24 sts x 31 rows = 4” on US 3 (3.25 mm)
The gauge is measured after steam pressing the stockinette stitch swatch worked in the round. Create a swatch large enough to avoid measuring the fuzzy edges. Gauge should be obtained by changing the needle size up or down as needed.

Worked in Isager Trio and Isager Alpaca 1 held together. Trio is a plant fiber yarn (linen, cotton, bamboo) and Alpaca 1 is 50% wool and 50% alpaca. You will need 2 skeins of each for the XS. 6 trio and 5 Alpaca for the 5X.

Very soft fabric with good drape (linen) and soft “halo” from the Alpaca. It is warm yet light weight.
